Objective

Design a smart home application optimized for mixed reality, enabling users to control their environment seamlessly with Apple Vision Pro. MyDen empowers users with voice-controlled device management, daily reminders, temperature adjustments, security monitoring, and immersive music control in a mixed-reality environment.

Problem Statement

As smart home technology advances, there is a need for more immersive and intuitive control interfaces that streamline device management without relying on handheld devices. The goal of MyDen is to create a truly hands-free, mixed reality experience that allows users to control various aspects of their home environment with ease, while leveraging the power of Apple Vision Pro’s spatial computing.

Research revealed a strong user demand for hands-free interactions using voice commands and gestures, context-aware controls tailored to routines, and enhanced safety features.
